Issue with Business Address Verification as an Individual Freelancer.

I’m facing an issue while verifying my account. I am an individual freelancer and do not have a physical office. However, during the verification process, I am being asked to verify my business address. Since I work independently, I assumed that verifying my identity through my personal details and ID would be sufficient.

I also opened a support ticket but there is no response. 

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Is there a way to verify my account without a business address? I’d appreciate any guidance or advice on this matter.
