A few days ago I try to verify my self and upload my national ID that is in our national language . the fiverr said your verification was failed contact the CS otherwise your account was restrict in 14 days . I do this but my request is still open . my question is are need to upload my ID in English? Is that the reason of verification failed? Kindly help me please if anyone have authentic information relevant to my problem

Hi @ghraphicexpert4! 

You're only required to upload your NID in the original form, the one that you were issued in the country you reside in. It's good that you got in touch with Customer Support, as they are the only ones who can help you with identification-related issues such as this one. Since you already opened a ticket, my recommendation is to wait until Customer Support gets back to you with further troubleshooting steps. You won't need to open multiple tickets for the same reason, as they will end up being merged into the original one, and they won't get you a solution any faster. Customer Support will get back to you as soon as possible, so just hold on tightly until they do.

i am wearing a brown colour cap on my ID and for the selfie image I am wearing a black cap that can be a different issue?also its about 3 days and I am still not getting any reply from Fiverr CS I am asking about wearing cap because if my cap is issue then I go for new NID without wearing cap or wearing same cap? please  guide me
