Need Help: Seller Eligibility Deactivated After First 5-Star Order

Question

Hi Fiverr Community,

I’m reaching out to get some advice and understand what might have gone wrong.

I recently completed my very first order on Fiverr. The project was delivered on time, the client was satisfied, and I received a 5-star review. Communication throughout the project was smooth, and everything seemed to go perfectly.

However, shortly after the order was marked as complete, I received an email stating that my "eligibility to sell" had been deactivated. I’m genuinely confused because I worked hard to ensure quality and meet all expectations.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could there be a misunderstanding or an issue with my account? How should I proceed to resolve this and restore my seller status?

I’d appreciate any advice or guidance you can offer!

As part of our commitment to maintaining a high standard of services on the platform, we regularly review seller performance. Based on a review of your account activity, we’ve found that the quality of your services no longer meets the requirements to continue selling on Fiverr.

In line with Fiverr's Terms of Service, your eligibility to sell has been disabled. However, you'll still be able to complete your active orders, and are welcome to continue using Fiverr as a buyer and take advantage of all the benefits the platform offers.

Thank you in advance!

Hello @amdjed1

We understand this may be disappointing for you. However here on the Forum, we are not able to provide answers to all Fiverr account-specific questions. Please know that your ticket is open, and our Customer Support is actively working on it. Stay in communication with them as they are the only ones who can help you resolve this issue for you. Rest assured, someone will be in touch with you soon.

To help us manage requests more efficiently, please refrain from opening additional tickets, as it will be difficult to keep up with multiple requests.

We appreciate your understanding and patience.
