Hope you are doing well. I am Ashraful. From Bangladesh. I start my journey on 2018 with fiverr. From the beginning I followed all the fiverr rules, I verified my account and I have been working for a long time without any problem and I have earned and withdrawn money. 

Finally I got a notification in my account that I have to verify personal information and business information or my account will not be shown in European countries. 

I take steps to verify immediately and due to technical or internet related reasons of my device I am unable to verify. 

I have tried a lot to inform your support team by creating several support tickets. But my account problem has not been resolved in any way. 

 

Is there anyone who can help me solve this problem? I have been having this problem for about 12-13 days, and I have been contacting Fiverr support but they are repeatedly rejecting my request without resolving the problem.
