Hi,

I am writing to address a recent flag on my account, which may have been triggered by a misunderstanding.

A client shared a link in our chat that required access permissions to proceed with the project. To fulfill their request, I provided my email address solely for granting access. I want to clarify that this action was strictly project-related and not intended for any communication outside of Fiverr.

Additionally, the client requested my WhatsApp contact, which I did not provide, I even didn't respond to that message as I am fully aware of Fiverr's policies against off-platform communication. All my interactions with the client were conducted within the Fiverr platform.

At the end he also ask for offer request I was on mobile I prefer to read his full document and than sanded request accordingly I mentioned that I will send offer later on you can check our messages.

Did you share the email in the inbox (chat) or in the order page?

Question for you: Did you share your email address via Inbox or Order Page?

By sharing your email you have violated the TOS.

Dude, it’s not allowed to share your contact information on the platform. You can do that only after the order was placed and paid for. If I remember correctly.

There you go. You have made a serious violation and Fiverr did the right thing too. If email address was required for your project then it should be shared via Order Page.. not Inbox.. Whether you have mentioned allow access or not.. it's still a violation of TOS (sorry to say this: but you have lost it).

How we can take access than? before order how to set budget without reviewing the requirements?

I had an account that needed a change of name. So deleted that and made a new account, yes.

Only via Order Page else you cannot.. However, you have got your account flagged now!

Once an account is flagged, the status is not removed. 

The emails that Fiverr is sending to flagged accounts states that the ban is permanent, meaning you will no longer be able to participate in the Level System. It also looks like flagged accounts are hidden from searches, so your only option is to continue working with existing clients, if you have any. Attracting new customers may be impossible, making it unfeasible to earn a living with a flagged account. Unfortunately, this is how flagged accounts operate, and it's a tough reality.

Sooner or later, Fiverr will flag your account!! 

People cannot whimsically create multiple Fiverr accounts.

Did you ask for a permission from Fiverr Support to create a new account?

For a forum? Or for my actual Fiverr gig account? They clearly state that you can’t change your user name it’s permanent and if you want to, you’d need to delete your account and create a new one. If you wish to use the same email address, you need to change your emails on Fiverr before you can use the same email. I’m I missing something here?
