Hi everyone, Fiverr has temporarily disabled my account without giving me much explanation, and it answers my tickets in the withdrawal every 4 days. I had work in progress that I am carrying out, but other people who wrote to me to commission services can no longer write to me because I am also disabled from receiving messages.

What do you recommend I do? My funds are also blocked, which were a lot. All the work I have done!! It is not fair, and it is a shame

You can maintain regular communication with Fiverr support if your account is temporarily suspended, but it may take some time. After submitting a ticket, it could take a few days for them to respond, and you should remain patient while they handle the issue. You can politely follow up if you haven't received a clear explanation yet. It's important to express your concerns about the suspension and funds, but keep in mind that Fiverr's support process may take time. Maintaining ongoing communication with them is key, but managing expectations and being patient is also necessary.

Hi there, I see that the team has already explained everything to you, however feel free to let them know about any questions or dilemmas you may have, just please without creating new tickets on the same subject. Instead, please use the original ticket only to communicate with the team as any additional ticket will get closed and merged into it. So, my recommendation is to carefully read all the information and instructions the team provides you with, and patiently wait to hear back from them. Good luck 🍀

I agree with you and I don't want to bother much. However, my account was unfairly disabled, I did nothing wrong, I work regularly on the platform and my clients are always very satisfied. My monthly income depends entirely on Fiverr, as well as my funds. Having my account blocked in this way without being able to withdraw the money earned and without being able to get new jobs for me is inconvenient and frustrating, as well as an economic loss because as already said I totally depend only on the platform.

You should contact to the fiverr support team for resolving your problems. By contacting regarly, you might aproach to a conclusion.

The problem is that we have had the ticket open for over a week, and they are not assisting me. They don't answer

Hi Ana, unfortunately I have not received any answers from the Fiverr support team for a long time. Do you have any way to view the ticket? Unfortunately for me it is a loss. I cannot access my funds and I cannot continue to work on the platform, without having done anything wrong. Please

The support is not supporting me or helping me understand. The ticker has been open for 11 days, but I have not had a clear answer. I have the profile blocked, I cannot access my funds and work on the platform, without having done anything wrong 😞image.png.7c03501441b1fe172c1c0b1374664f22.png
