Hello there , my account was suspended due to the last verification updates , my attempt has failed in the first time but in second attempt I completed verification, however my account and gigs are still on hold .

Customer Support said it might be due to issues in account , i checked and i didn't receive a single warning or any issue email in my entire career. So it's none reasonable to get suddenly suspended for accusion .

I'd like at least to know when I'll be able to withdraw my earnings , or activate my gigs again. No response for that. 

I've been desperately trying to understand what is happening and what can be done to help on this situation.
