Question

Hi..!

I'm Patrick Manuma, a beginner in freelance services.

I have been receiving messages and screenshots, showing that there is a problem they are facing when trying to pay an order to my gigs.

Please, I need your help again.

As soon as you see one or more of these in a message, it is a scammer (or someone who wants to violate the Fiverr rules):

- a QR code (Fiverr does not use this for orders)

- the request to share your email (Fiverr will never ask for this)

- the request to fill in your bank card details (Fiverr will never ask for this)

- the request to confirm a sale

- the request to deposit a certain amount into your bank account.

- the request to contact the buyer outside Fiverr (email, a chat program, etc.).

- a payment message

- being asked to provide funds to get an order (Fiverr will never ask for this)

- stating or claiming that an order has been placed when no order is visible in your active order list.

Report the buyer and block him.

Thank you for sharing. Also, the Fiverr Support team informed me that it is a scammers.
