My rating is 5 (64 of 65 orders got 5, only one - 4). 100% response rate. How is it possible that my success score is between 6 and 7 all the time?

Seems you didn't have orders for a while then, and that's why others are surpassing you and the success score is going lower. Because without data, the success score just goes down or there's no score at all.

You may not have a lot of private reviews and those you have might be pretty bad. Did you have cancellations? If you check the success score per gig, what do they say, is there anything with major negative impact?

Thank you for your help. I  had no cancellations. I had a delay of one day just once. I have quite many returning clients. Success score per gig - "There are no specific areas significantly impacting your Gig's score."  Nothing to improve?

Your Fiverr success score is affected by factors beyond ratings and response rate, like order completion, delivery time, revisions, and client satisfaction. Even with a great rating, cancellations, late deliveries, or lack of repeat clients can lower your score. Fiverr's algorithm also considers market competitiveness. Focus on timely deliveries and maintaining strong client relationships to boost your score.
