Hello, I have not gotten any response regarding my issue. My seller account which is active for 4 years is locked due to problem with ID verification and there is no progress report delivered for resuming my services.The customer service says "continue using fiverr as a buyer" and did not provide any information whether they are going to look into the matter or not. It has been 6 days. They did not even answer to my further messages.
