level 1 seller id verification failed because of photo identification

I tried to verify my level 1 ID 3 days ago but failed because of photo identification. The recent reply from Fiverr support is:

For privacy and security reasons, please refrain from sharing sensitive documentation unpromptly without a request. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to successfully verify.
 
After reviewing your case, we regret to inform you that we are unable to grant an additional attempt. We understand this may be disappointing, but we must adhere to our guidelines to maintain the security and integrity of our platform. 
 
Your freelancer profile wasn’t approved, but you are welcome to continue using Fiverr as a client.

 

What should I do now?

I have the same issue. My ID verification was rejected, and I haven’t received another attempt either. Hope we can get it sorted soon.

Be sure you have the requirements ready before sending them for verification. You don't use ID card snapped years back that will make you younger than your present age. Ensure you use recent ID to save the stress.
