I went live today for the first time and I've been under attack from spam users for several hours now, and Fiverr isn't responding to my inquiries at all..


What's up with Fiverr?

Same message from all of them

When I рurchаsеd уour sеrviсe, the site asked for уour informаtion. Соuld yоu рleasе share it with mе?

As soon as you see this in a message it is a scammer or someone who wants to violate the Fiverr rules:
- a QR code (Fiverr does not use this for orders)
- the request to share your email
- the request to fill in your bank card details
- the request to deposit a certain amount into your bank account.
- the request to contact the buyer outside Fiverr (email, a chat program, etc.).
- a payment message
- stating or claiming that an order has been placed when no order is visible in your active order list.
 

Don't give your email and don't give your bank Card details.

It's been almost 24 hours and Faber hasn't gotten back to me yet...

Fiverr closed my inquiries regarding the spam attacks and bug in Gig without any explanation or relevant answer to me.
It's been 3 days and Fiverr hasn't gotten back to me yet...
Is it always like this with this company?
