I'm a Top-Rated Freelancer from Fiverr, having a very weird problem with my profile login. I'm trying to log in to my profile with correct password & Fiverr asking me to reset the password. When I sent reset request & access the reset link from the mailbox, then I'm getting this problem "Attempts Limit Reached! Unfortunately, you've got no verification attempts left for now. Please try again within 24h. So, I'm unable to reset my password at this moment & not able to log in to my profile. I stuck on this cooldown! Please help me to solve this problem, my clients are waiting for my reply & It's very important for me to login & communicate with them as soon as possible.

However, I tried to reset the password again after 24 hours but still I'm getting same notice. I emailed Fiverr support team & didn't get any reply yet. I need the help directly from Fiverr staff!

No one on the Forum can help you with it.. not even Forum's Staff.. So you will have to wait for Fiverr Support's response.

Wish you could have a Premium Seller Plus Membership then it could have been resolved within an hour. Anyway, you can do nothing except wait for Fiverr Support's response.

Hi Everyone! I have an update about this problem!!

I've successfully fixed this issue and all are fine now. In the future, if any seller of Fiverr face the same issue, I have some suggestion for you in this case.

1. Fiverr can send you password reset email even if you don't request for it. In that case, don't worry about anything, that's a glitch of Fiverr, nothing else.

2. Once you'll get the unexpected password request email, go through the reset process. You'll be asked to verify via phone number.

3. Now the most important part! If you didn't get your verification code in your first attempt! Then don't send the code request again. If Fiverr server & code sending functionality works fine, you'll get the verification code in your first attempts. But if you keep sending the request for 3 times, you'll be stuck for 24 hours cooldown permanently. So don't request multiple times, just send once & wait. If you didn't get the code, try again after a few hours.

Note: If you're already stuck with this cooldown, there is nothing to do. I contact with Fiverr support team via email, but I didn't get any response within 24 hours. So, if you're already stuck, wait for 24 hours and during these time, do not try to reset your password. After 24 hours, you'll be able to sort out the issue properly & this is what happened in my case.

She is absolutely right. I get solved my issue by Fiverr support after she suggest me. Please follow her footsteps and best of luck.
