Hello @Lena,

I was trying to verify my account using my NIC but was unsuccessful. I explained the issue to customer support through a ticket and received a reply stating I would have another chance to verify my account. However, when I checked, the option wasn’t available, so I reopened the ticket.

Since then, I’ve been waiting for a response for more than a day. In the past, I’ve received replies promptly, but this time there hasn’t been any update.

Additionally, I’m concerned because I received a notification that my level is at risk due to a low success rate, which stems from the unavailability of gigs. Could you please look into this matter? Let me know if there’s anything I need to do on my side to resolve the issue.

Wait for customer support team to reply you. Don't send multiple tickets as this will further delay the response from the team.
