I'm really disappointed with how Fiverr handled my issue.
 So yesterday I uploaded ID for verification as instructed, somehow that failed and my status as seller is REJECTED despite being a Top Seller in Fiverr.
 
Here I present you the profile status before this issue and the screenshot of the issue and warning I received which makes no sense at all!!!
 
I tried to contact the support, but the bot seems don't understand the issue. Then I proceed to send a ticket for this matter and the support asked me to retry submitting ID.
 The problem is there is no verification button to choose! It is gone! It is written that I must contact support which I did in the first place. I tried to call out te support in social media, same no response. 
Why is the support is being not helpful here? 

 To make matter worse, since the gigs are restricted, I'm unable to sell and today I got message that my top seller status is about to be lose!!!
 Imagine that! Rejected ID, no solution given, no further reply, gig restricted, recent commission didn't affect success rate because the gigs are paused, no approach from the team despite the ticket, everything is a mess and I'm thinking the system is trying to kick me out here.
 
I've been using Fiverr since 2018 and done hundreds of artwork commission. Now my hard work is reduced into nothing despite my attempt to reach out the customer support.
 I'm really disappointed. This is my first and biggest issue with Fiverr after many years using the site to provide service.
 It is so stupid that my ID is rejected and all of my hard work here will be gone in a very short time.
 Fiverr is taking away my source of income and result of many years hard work.
 This is the worst case I have in Fiverr after so many years. ID issue followed by the others with no solution.
