My account was disabled yesterday when I tried to verify it. I called customer service to explain the reasons, but they still haven't responded. It's been almost 48 hours now. What's the reason?

I sent a message 3 days ago and no response so far. I think they are flooded with inquiries due to new verification issue with so many sellers. We have to wait until they get back to us.
