I wanted to share an issue I’ve been facing that I believe raises serious concerns about fairness and integrity on the platform. 

Recently, I encountered a buyer who initially contacted me through their original account. After some disagreements and a decision on my part to block them due to unprofessional behavior, they started creating multiple new accounts to message me again. In one instance, they even admitted they were the same person, making it obvious they were circumventing the block. 

This behavior has not only disrupted my workflow but has also unfairly impacted my 

, which dropped from 100% to 80%. It feels like I am being penalized for a situation entirely out of my control. 

I understand that Fiverr prioritizes buyer and seller safety, but how is it fair for a buyer to create multiple accounts and continuously harass a seller? This creates an uneven playing field and discourages sellers who work hard to maintain their reputation and metrics. 

I believe there needs to be stricter policies or measures to prevent such actions, like account verification or flagging suspicious activity. As sellers, we invest significant time and effort into delivering quality work, and it’s disheartening to see our efforts undermined by such unfair practices.
