3 years Ago, i verified my ID you can check the below-attached photo

now i got email to verify for EU clintes. i did Verification same as previous one 

and it's says  Your verification failed You won’t be able to sell on Fiverr at this time.

i did it three times and it's not verified. 

it's been 5 years now am selling on fiverr

and still i got risticted for No reason. As I said 3 years ago, i got successfully verified Please check my below-attached photos Proof

Typically the same issue ..

I have good reputation & ongoing orders and my account restricted for the same reason almost the same time!

The major problem is .. some projects I do now are divided into stages .. some stages are delivered .. the rest of stages can't be done because I can't make custom offers !!

Now I & my clients don't know what to do !!

I sent email to "support@fiverr.com" they reply was:

Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. We understand you tried to open a Seller profile on Fiverr, and received our response explaining your request wasn't approved.

I'm not trying to open a Seller profile .. I'm already working seller !!

Please fix this verification issue!

They don't actually read your question, they look at the topic that is selected and send a template response. You'll have to respond to the CS agents again and again until they can be bothered to actually read your question.

Don't worry just asK CS to give you more chances to verify 

Tips for verify 

use PAN card or any id that has english writing 

use phone 

dont press capchure button it will automatically capchure once you fit your ID in frame

also after 24hr i got reply from cs and they given me more chances to verify i got approved in 2nd try

Hmmmm, I am contemplating a project utilising Fiverr talent but I am not willing to have the project half completed and suddenly Fiverr restricts my developers. Maybe I should reconsider until this issue is resolved.

Same issue here. I do follow the steps and fill the requirement very closely yet I can't pass the verify ID photo. The CS already give me more chance, and I'm still can't pass the verify ID Photo. At first I use National ID and it won't let me pass. The CS Give me more chance and i use my passport and still won't let me pass. The CS not giving me the third chance and tell me i'm not eligible to sell. bruh, I've been here for 5 years and got some good reputation.

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered an issue on Fiverr, and I’m hoping to get advice from others who might have had a similar experience.

After updating my profile information and submitting all the required documents for verification, I received an email from Fiverr stating:

"Because we weren’t able to verify your information, you’re not eligible to sell on Fiverr. You’re still able to complete active orders, communicate with existing clients, and purchase services."

I reached out to Fiverr Support for clarification, and their response was:

*"Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. We understand you tried to open a Seller profile on Fiverr, and received our response explaining your request wasn't approved.

You're welcome to continue using Fiverr as a buyer.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know."*

I provided valid, clear documents (government-issued ID and proof of address) that matched the requirements, so I’m unsure why my account wasn’t verified. My profile adheres to Fiverr’s rules, and I’ve had no warnings or violations in the past.

Has anyone else faced this issue? If so:

  • Were you able to resolve it?
  • Did Fiverr allow you to reapply for verification?
  • Any tips for communicating effectively with Fiverr Support to get a more detailed explanation or a resolution?

I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

I am not sure what you mean by the question, but I manually verified my identity as soon as the notification appeared on my dashboard. The app did not recognize my ID, and I was blocked. I still am 😪

There's a new EU regulation they have to follow. I verified my identity over the years at least 4 times. If there are issues, go to customer support and they will give you multiple tries until you can get verified.

Well, what I meant was, when you upload an ID card, driving license, or your picture, are you clicking the button yourself, or are you waiting for the system's auto-click?

In my case it did not let me upload anything, I opened the verification process on my computer and it redirected me to my mobile phone to take a picture of my ID which was rejected and I could not move forward with the verification process. I don't remember clicking a button to take a picture because I didn't see any but just waiting for the app to take it.

I got the same problem. This morning I got an email from Fiverr to verify my account with my ID card. I have followed the steps correctly, but for some reason it appears "your verification failed". I have contacted contact support, I will wait for them to reply.

actually I still have orders that have not been completed, hopefully I can still finish it.
