I tried to verify my personal and business information using my NID (National ID) but was unsuccessful after three attempts. I contacted the Fiverr team, and they informed me that they would send a new verification link soon. Later, I received the link to verify my account, but it was not for personal and business information.
 At that time, I informed Fiverr team that I wanted to verify my Personal & business Info using my passport, which I had already applied for. They assured me that I could verify my personal and business information once I received my passport.
 Meanwhile, I noticed a message in my header saying, "You have 14 days to verify your account." When I clicked on it, it indicated that my account was already verified. However, the countdown continued to decrease daily (e.g., 13 days, 12 days, etc.). After the 14-day period ended, my account was automatically flagged.
 I communicated everything to the Fiverr team from the beginning. As I understand, verifying personal and business information is not mandatory, but I was ready to complete it once I received my passport. Despite this, my account has been flagged.
 Can anyone help me understand what I should do now?
 During this time, I attempted to contact Fiverr support by sending a message and opening a ticket. However, it has been five days, and I have yet to receive a response.
