I've been trying to withdraw on fiverr and i'm getting an error message "something went wrong" for the past 3 days

Today makes it 3 days since i've been at this. Fiverr Support is not sorting the issues out. I've opened 2 tickets and What i'm getting is generic answer from the 2 open tickets. This is Unfair and Unprofessional

For over 3 days i've been initiating withdrawal on my cleared balance and i've been getting error message "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" and after that they'll go ahead and restrict me for 24 hours. What's going on exactly?

Keep patience and don't open multiple tickets.

Please opening several tickets will complicate your challenges. As @marketingpro_3 suggested, reach out to Fiverr customers support team

be patient they will reply you. do not open multiple tickets.

No one has been replying for over 5 days now. I reached out to their support on X and they keep airing me even after assuring me that it will be sorted out shortly
