how can I buy Fiverr course from my balance?

My status is a new seller. However, I want to buy a course from "Fiverr Learn" using my Fiverr Balance. But it does not show any option of using this balance to buy courses from Fiverr Learn. Thank you for the Fiverr's cooperation in resolving the issue.

You can't use the Fiverr balance. It was requested since the beginning, they will not offer that option. You have to pay with one of the supported payment methods.
