Payment query

I got my first client  and he paid me in earlier for the orders and if i open the payment page It shows like this. Is it scam or orignial can i proceed with my card details and stuff?

As soon as you see this in a message it is a scammer or someone who wants to violate the Fiverr rules:

- a QR code (Fiverr does not use this for orders)

- the request to share your email

- the request to fill in your bank card details

- the request to deposit a certain amount into your bank account.

- the request to contact the buyer outside Fiverr (email, a chat program, etc.).

- a payment message

- stating or claiming that an order has been placed when no order is visible in your active order list.

But it shows the buyer has paid the amount? So its fake?

You will see this when a buyer has paid for and placed an order.

If it is not visible in your active orders list, it is a scam.

In addition to what others have said, you do not need to give your card details to buyers.

Never give your card details or any personal info to buyers (they're not buyers anyway, they just want to rob you).

Is there a way to report spam?  Or should we just delete the messages that have been sent to us?
