URGENT, PLEASE HELP!! Added Payoneer as a withdrawal method but it is showing pending verification even after a month!

Hi everyone,

 

I hope you’re doing well!

 

I recently added my Payoneer card as a withdrawal method on my Fiverr account. However, after a month, it still shows "pending verification," and I cannot withdraw my funds. Despite contacting Fiverr multiple times, I have only received automated responses that do not address my specific issue. Here it is:

If anyone has a solution or advice, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hi there, please respond to the email you got from the Customer Support team. If you keep creating new tickets on the same subject, you'll keep getting the same auto-response. You've created 6 tickets on the same subject, they'll get closed and merged into one, and please use that one only to communicate with the team. Good luck 🍀

Thank you. Customer support is not helping, they are sending computer-generated messages only. I don't think it is a Payoneer issue but I have asked them as well, they will be responding soon.

Thank you, I tried every way but they are not responding. Let me try again.

Hi again, the team is working on this and will get back to you as soon as there's an update, no need to send them several emails in the meantime. Let me mention that maintaining a courteous tone is a must, so make sure to follow the guidelines when communicating with the team as well.
