I have not been receiving notifications on my Fiverr App.

I need help on these issues, such as when I receive a brief from a business-oriented client and will not be notified on my Fiverr App. 
I have clicked on all the necessary push notifications on my Fiverr App, but I will only see the order when I open my app. 

Kindly help me with information.

I don't know about the brief notifications (I have briefs turned off), but I haven't been getting notifications on my phone—whether inbox or order chat—for a long time.

I'm sure you tried re-installing the app and checking the app-specific notification settings, usually later one is the culprit.

Check your app settings in phone settings. Are notifications enable for Fiverr aap?

That is my challenges. Is making me check my App regularly than normal just to see if I have an order.

I've done it several times and nothing seems to work. The best I've got, which is my current situation, is 3-hour delayed notifications. 😑

If there is a spare phone around in the house, just try installing the app on it and use it for a couple of days.

If you get the notifications, then its an OS-App issue with your current phone. Or if you don't get, then its an account-related bug!!
