Scammers target new people because they barely know how the platform works, and they are more gullible to send money or visit dangerous links. That's why you need to be very careful.

I have been a seller in fiverr for the past two days. And I'm hating it because of the scammers. I have received over 10 DMS just from scammers only, everything when i start thinking that i have landed my first sale it turns out to be a scammer -_- . It's so demotivating. i keep checking my inbox every second just to see its another scammer asking for my email. UNTIL WHEN??

ignore and once you get message check his information before sending any reply, if irrelated or scammer thought, just say no, Thanks.

I started just yesterday and just got one of these! I almost fell for it too until I googled it to make sure and stumbled upon reams of forum posts about it.

I'm relating so much with you. Came on here to do what I love and make a bit of spare change on the side and instead I've got people trying to take that away😞

Are you saying this is a normal thing on Fiverr until a new seller gets a sale?

Scammers mainly target new sellers because they don't know how Fiverr works.
