Receipt of Files Jeopardized

Has anyone else had the issue that a file is reported as corrupted and is not downloadable when the creator has completed the job and sends it to you?  I am being told it takes 48 hours to reply to a creator's request for support.  I was promised my files December 31 and here we are at January 10 and I still have nothing to show for it except a file that I cannot access and a bill that I apparently paid because the creator did not notify Fiverr of the problem in time.  I've sent in multiple messages to resolution center with no reply.  This is a scam.

I understand how frustrating it may be to be unable to access your final order even after such a significant time.

Our system prevents any suspicious files from being sent so the issue could lie in the format of the file. 

You can kindly ask the freelancer to provide an alternative format or send it in a ZIP file.
