Hello @soptomy and welcome to our amazing Community! 

Fiverr is a place where professionals across hundreds of industries come to grow their businesses. That is why we have created our not-so-little Community where people come to get advice and inspiration. 

For starters, if you would like to learn more about Fiverr, please read carefully our Terms of Service. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the TOS to understand the terms and vocabulary used here and to follow the guidelines to avoid warnings and account restrictions. In addition, we recommend you take a moment to read through Fiverr's Community Standards and Forum's Terms of Service & Community Standards before posting on the Forum for the same reason. 

Now if you would like to pick up some tips&tricks about business, feel free to use the search bar. You can search through topics or categories such as the Gig Advice category, where you ask the Community for suggestions on your Gigs. Or the Tips for Sellers category, where you can find so many brilliant instructions and guidance from our skilled Sellers. The more detailed you are in your search, the better the result you will get. Also, check out the pinned posts.

Most of the questions have already been answered and can be found here. Take the time to familiarize yourself with Fiverr and Fiverr Forum.

People who "announce their arrival on the forum" and people who post "welcome messages" - counter of origin is SAME for all of them. 

Nobody else from other countries indulges in this practice of welcoming each other.
