My Success Vs My Mistakes.

According to @Kesha, effective communication is key to the success of this business.

Things I do that work for me at the early stage of my joining Fiverr:

• Schedule a video call with most clients to get the full order details.
• Update my client at every stage of the project.

At this time, my success score increases to 9.

 

I made mistake later because of ignorance

• Toward the time I was about to achieve 10 orders.
• I only update my client regularly on every stage
• But i reduce engaging them with Videos before starting.  

 Since I made this mistake out of ignorance and lack of knowledge, my success score has been reduced to 6.

 

It was on this community and after reading top rated and senior colleagues posts that that I know that success score is not just a number to play with but a signal that one must manage effectively.
