Good day - trying to set up my profile, but when I type in the 'Tell us more about yourself...' and then try and save I get 'We are having trouble saving your changes. Please try again.' Trying again accomplishes nothing, been trying for a couple of days. I'm using Chrome.

Usually, Fiverr requires verification for every new seller, so is your Fiverr profile approved? It might not be approved yet, which could be why you are unable to make any changes.

Or you could try resetting the cache or switching to a different browser to see if that helps. Otherwise, I would recommend contacting customer support to know about the status of your account.
