Question
schreib_profi7
I hope you are doing well. I am writing in response to the recent notification regarding my account deactivation. I want to express my sincere understanding of Fiverr's Community Standards and emphasize my commitment to upholding them in all my interactions on the platform.
If my account was deactivated due to requesting my buyer’s Gmail address, I would like to clarify that this was done solely for the purpose of completing his project requirements. The nature of the project involved publishing an article, which required essential company details such as the company email, personal Gmail, phone number, and website link for proper completion. I never intended to violate Fiverr's policies and was only acting in the best interest of delivering quality service.
Throughout my time on Fiverr, I have always prioritized professionalism and the satisfaction of my clients. I completed the project successfully, and my buyer did not raise any complaints about my work. It was disheartening to receive this decision after putting my best effort into the project.
While I fully respect Fiverr's policies and decisions, my immediate concern now is being able to withdraw my hard-earned funds. I rely on Fiverr as my primary source of income to manage my health and daily needs. Currently, I am unable to add my bank details, and the system prevents me from linking a payout method. I kindly request your assistance in enabling my withdrawal options, as this income is essential for my well-being.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I remain committed to respecting Fiverr’s standards and hope for a positive resolution to this matter.
Warm regards
