My Gig has problem with publish

Hey guys. I have problems with publishing Gig. I have tried all possible methods, but there is no result. I have confirmed all information about myself, including checking the phone number. However, at the last stage, my Gig is not published. I followed all the instructions for uploading the video and made sure that it corresponded to the length and size. However, the problem is not solved.
