Hi everyone, I'm a new seller. I recently got a message from an account with no proper name, asking to order but they said the website keep declining, and instead they ask for my email. Is it safe? or is it a scam? Please let me know, or if there's any advice to spot a scammer. Thanks, I appreciate the response!

Hey!

Yep, that’s a scam. I’ve gotten messages like that before. They’ll say they can’t place an order and ask for my email instead. If this happens again, just report it to Fiverr right away. Stay safe! 😊
