My Payoneer Account is Blocked and I Can't Create a New Account.

Hi, my name is Saifullah, and I am facing an issue with my Payoneer account. A few days ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and I am unable to create a new one despite multiple attempts.

I am considering creating a Payoneer account using my mother's information as a solution. My question is: would it be possible to link my mother's Payoneer account to my Fiverr account without violating any policies or causing future issues?

I would greatly appreciate your guidance or suggestions on this matter.
