Last time they did not fulfill the conditions of the purchase of Seller Plus, I tried to return the money but they said that more than a couple of days had passed and no one would return anything to me.

Today they charged me again for Seller Plus, although I did not give consent to this!! I am trying to contact technical support to unlink the card and return the money, but there is nothing except a bad chat bot..... How can I contact technical support and return the money?
