Have you recently faced any issues with Fiverr customer support? Because previously, whenever we requested support, the issue would be resolved quickly. However, I submitted a request two days ago, and it still hasn't been resolved.

I created a ticket 8 days ago. They did 2 replies to it, the last saying they'd create a ticket with the developers about it. But got no replies since then.

At least they're not marking the ticket as solved when it isn't (which they did previously sometimes for other tickets).

Maybe there's less support staff now and/or more tickets (though they've now got the Vivi AI that should be reducing tickets (though maybe the Vivi AI needs more work done with it to make it provide more info to sellers.).
