Issue with Purchase: No Response from Fiverr After out of Account - Seeking Help

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to share an issue I’m currently experiencing with a purchase I made on Fiverr. I paid $55 for a seller to build a house for me in a game. However, right after I made the purchase, my account unexpectedly logged out and switched to an old account that I had previously used.

To make things more complicated, I don’t remember the email I used for the account where I made the purchase, which is making it harder to sort this out. That said, I do have proof of payment to confirm the transaction.

I sent the Fiverr an email two days ago explaining the situation and asking for assistance, but I still haven’t received any response from them.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? What would be the best course of action to resolve this? I’m feeling a bit stuck right now and would really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

I see that your ticket with CS is still active, so please be patient, as you should get a response from them soon.

If you’re not getting a response after making a purchase, I suggest reaching out directly to Fiverr’s Customer Support team. They can look into your issue and provide assistance. Also, make sure to check your email for any updates or notifications from Fiverr. Sometimes sellers might take a bit longer to respond, but Fiverr Support is the best option for resolving such issues quickly.
