Hi, my account was recently flagged and I’m trying to understand why. Has anyone else faced this issue before? Can you provide any tips or advice on how to resolve this? I’ve already contacted customer support but haven’t received a clear response yet.

Once an account is flagged, the status is not removed. 

The emails that Fiverr is sending to flagged accounts states that the ban is permanent, meaning you will no longer be able to participate in the Level System. It also looks like flagged accounts are hidden from searches, so your only option is to continue working with existing clients, if you have any. Attracting new customers may be impossible, making it unfeasible to earn a living with a flagged account. Unfortunately, this is how flagged accounts operate, and it's a tough reality.

I've been trying to connect with the Fiverr team for 2 days now but I can't. What should I do now?
