Few Messages during/after the Christman holiday period

Hello everyone, I have been a seller on Fiverr for countless years. My main service is drafting business plans for investors, new businesses, and startups. During the Christmas period, I received very few messages, which I expected. However, I am noticing that even in this post-Christmas period, I am not receiving many messages, at most one or two a day. Honestly, I am starting to worry. Currently, I only have two orders in queue, whereas I used to have 10 or 12 weekly before Christmas. I spoke to my success manager, and she told me that my account metrics are excellent, as I recently moved from level 1 to level 2 with a success score of 8, compared to 6 before. She also mentioned that the keywords for my services are perfect. Is there cause for concern, or is anyone else like me receiving similar feedback about low message volume during this period?

Yes, this month has been relatively much slower compared to how January usually has been over the years!! 

I was expecting things to pick up this week but still mostly crickets...
