I am a Level 2 seller since 2019. For the past two days, I have been attempting to take a cash advance, but I haven't received the verification code. The call option is also not working. After selecting "Resend Code" several times, I received a message saying "Too many attempts, try again in 24 hours." However, even after waiting and trying again, I still haven't received any code or call.

I contacted Customer Support, and they provided some solutions. I tried them on my end, but after 24 hours, I still didn't receive the code and got the same message to try again in 24 hours. This is the first time I have encountered an issue like this. I have already contacted CS, but the problem is not yet resolved. As this is an urgent matter, I am seeking an urgent solution. Can someone please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
