My account was hacked recently and lot of money was stolen by that hacker

Hello, I'm Imran and I'm a level 2 seller on Fiverr. I have complete more then 1900+ order here and working on this platform for last 7 years. On January 1, someone took access of my Fiverr account and stole by 4000$+ from my account. When I entered into my account, I saw this incident and quickly change the password of my Fiverr account and Gmail. I contacted with the support about this issue and then they temporary disable my account due to this. After that, they have taken some information about this incident and I have provided them lot of details to help them solve this issue. It's been 6 days now and I don't get any more updates from them. Please can you guys help me to guide what I need to do now? Fiverr is my only earning source and I'm very worried about my lost fund and the Fiverr account. Will I able to get back my account and will I receive any compensation also?
