Once an account is flagged, the status is not removed. 

The emails that Fiverr is sending to flagged accounts states that the ban is permanent, meaning you will no longer be able to participate in the Level System. It also looks like flagged accounts are hidden from searches, so your only option is to continue working with existing clients, if you have any. Attracting new customers may be impossible, making it unfeasible to earn a living with a flagged account. Unfortunately, this is how flagged accounts operate, and it's a tough reality.

I created a gig 4 times. Every time this gig was flagged and failed to review. Fiverr support team told me the reason was my gig images aren't original or not my work. Although those images are original and really my work, I changed those images and created this gig again. Even then my gig was flagged for the same reason. This has happened 4 times with me. And this time my account got temporarily restricted. I contacted Fiverr support. After 4 days, today my account was restored successfully. When I checked my level system, I saw this.
