Buyer Placed order with different Requirment but now want another thing.

I got an order at the start buyer. and now want another thing. 
I image which the buyer send me is completely different and what he want is different. 
what should I do.

1. Assess the revised requirement and if you feel you need more time and better remuneration for the requirement, communicate it to the buyer. You can "offer extras" on the order page which will add additional time and cost to the order. 

2. If you can't do it for technical or creative reasons, then proceed with the cancellation.

it cant be done due to technical Issues . 
the image is drawn in different angels and i cant the whole image again just for this. 
2.d being a new seller the cancellation will effect my gig ranking it just got up with and from 10 page it came to 4th wont this cancellation effect the ranking ?

It will hurt your gig for 24 months!!

But if buyer cancels the order and leaves 1-star review on cancellation, then it will hurt even MORE.
