How to Get the "Buyer Briefs" Option as a New Seller?

Hi everyone!

I recently created my profile and published two awesome gigs. However, I'm a bit confused about the "Buyer Briefs" feature. I know that earlier there was a "Buyer Requests" section, but I can't find the "Buyer Briefs" option in the updated version.

As a new seller, I believe this feature is crucial to get started and offer our services. Can someone please guide me on how to access the "Buyer Briefs" option as a new seller? Are there any specific requirements or steps we need to follow?
