How to know if it is an order or a scam

Hello last night I received this message through the platform and I am new here and I would like to know if it is an order or a scam, thank you...

As soon as you see this in a message it is a scammer or someone who wants to violate the Fiverr rules:
- a QR code (Fiverr does not use this for orders)
- the request to share your email
- the request to fill in your bank card details
- the request to deposit a certain amount into your bank account.
- the request to contact the buyer outside Fiverr (email, a chat program, etc.).
- a payment message
- stating or claiming that an order has been placed when no order is visible in your active order list.
