issues with my account

im new to fiverr i set up account yesterday and got an order today but its been weird setting up my account I was stuck for a while on updating my W2 and when that was done i got a mail that said it didn't go through and when the customer messaged me he told me he put in an order and i would get a confirmation in my email but i couldn't find anything and when i went in to check what email was on my account i couldn't even find it

ive got a customer who ordered a service but it doesn't show up on my account

As soon as you see this in a message it is a scammer or someone who wants to break the Fiverr rules:
- a QR code (Fiverr does not use this for orders)
- the request to share your email
- the request to fill in your bank card details
- the request to deposit a certain amount into your bank account.
- the request to contact the buyer outside Fiverr (email, a chat program, etc.).
- a payment message
- stating or claiming that an order has been placed when no order is visible in your active order list.
