Hi Fiverr Community,

I hope you all are doing well. My name is Rafay, and I have been a Fiverr seller for over six years. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of completing 900+ orders and maintaining a stellar reputation with 350+ positive reviews. My focus has always been on providing high-quality services and maintaining professionalism with my clients.

Unfortunately, my account was recently suspended due to concerns related to two of my gigs and they both are best selling gigs of mine. While I deeply respect Fiverr’s policies and understand the importance of adhering to them, I was surprised by the decision to disable my entire account without prior warnings or an opportunity to rectify the mentioned issues.

Here are some points I want to clarify and seek guidance on:

  1. Why does Fiverr not provide a warning or chance to correct the mistakes for sellers who have worked on the platform for years with a clean record?
  2. Is there any way to appeal the decision or request a final review of my account?
  3. Has anyone else in the community faced a similar issue, and were they able to resolve it?

I am genuinely passionate about my work on Fiverr and deeply rely on it for my livelihood. I have always upheld the platform’s values and strive to provide excellent service. This situation has been disheartening, but I’m hopeful that the Fiverr community can offer advice, guidance, or share similar experiences that could help me navigate this issue.
