Question
sam_seaum
Hi guys, Sam here. I am a new seller on Fiverr, well actually I was on the platform a few years back ,but had to quit.
Recently, after the 30th December, both of my two gigs stopped showing on any search results. I know this for sure because one of my gigs' search tag has only two pages of gigs on Fiverr and my gig used to be on the first page but now it's just vanished. But the other gig is more concerning, because I was just starting to get orders on there, but then it got a notification saying I needed to edit the gig to make the service more clear in my description, and I did that and I was ranking on first page for 2 more days, but then the 30th December thing happened, and all the impressions on my gig were down to 5 or 6 or 10 at max from then.
Can you guys please help me figure out what went wrong? should I contact support?
Also, if you've read this far and are planning on answering "it's the algorithm that is just going up and down," or "you might not have any orders and that's why you're gig is not showing", then please don't. Because I remember very clearly from the last time this happened, something actually had gone wrong with my gig, and a lady on forum recommended me to write to support about a something along the lines of "delinking and relinking my gig on the platform, or like de-shelving and re-shelving" and I did that, and then it was fixed. Unfortunately that account was the old one so I can't find the exact help she provided me with.
Anyways, thanks for reading folks! even if it's not your cup of tea, thanks!
