Hi @Kesha I think what is actually needed  during this challenging time is "gestures" a compensation or special bonuses for  sellers who may have been affected by the ID verification  issue for any  losses may have incurred during this period.

Personally, I would love to share my experience,  I'm still waiting to fix my situation since 4 days , to be honest support helped me twice providing new links but it never worked for me for no reason , so i'm still waiting ! I've lost 3 clients so far  because of it , not to mention potential clients. It's  stressful ! I hope to get this fixed by today.

Any topics that might enlighten us are needed , especially to enhance our gigs. Thank you!

Here are some ideas, @Kesha.  Not sure what can be used or not, but I guess it's better to share so you can have some ideas to work with. These ideas stem from various forum topics that I replied to within the past weeks..

  • How can sellers improve the succes score   - a LOT of topics on the forum, especially from newcomers, tend to focus specifically on this, and also some of the older sellers as well. I am sure some people know how to improve, but clearly a lot of newer people don't.. so I guess it could be a topic.
  • When and how reviews for canceled orders work, when can a buyer leave a review if the order is canceled, can they leave a private review even if the order was canceled, stuff like that.
  • What kind of penalties can sellers encounter, and which ones matter the most. For example, bad private reviews have more weight when compared to a cancellation. But are we penalized if we have to extend an order 3+ times, for example, either due to our or the buyer's fault.
  • What can we do with orders that are over 2 years old. This applies to me as well, I have around 11 inactive orders, and those people aren't really going to come back. What is the best way to deal with them? Should we just wait for Fiverr to automatically delete those inactive orders, and refund the clients, when the orders are 2-3 years old? Will that have a negative impact on the success score? Or should we go to customer support now/soon and cancel them, hopefully support will adjust stats to ensure there is no negative impact on the SS...
  • Is there any specific pricepoint we need to have in order to become TRS? I know the TRS topic has been covered before, but certain aspects like a minimum gig price, minimum amount (in $$) sold during a month/year, do those matter? Because some people are qualified, have great service quality and reviews, but never get promoted. Hopefully more insight like that can be offered, if possible of course.
  • Safety tips for newcomers to ensure that they won't get scammed. As you saw, a lot of new sellers are targeted by scammers that try to make them pay for an order, things like that. Once someone signs up as a seller, there should be an introductory page that they need to go through where they study all these safety tips. I am sure you saw these forum topics on a weekly basis. Maybe guiding them to a forum topic created by the Fiverr team or having a specialized Fiverr page that they need to read/go through before creating a gig, that will help. Because scams tend to be very common these days, and newcomers are always the primary target.

I hope these ideas are a good starting point, some of these topics are particularly interesting for me, but they should also fit newcomers as well.

I'd love some more transparancy about the inner workings of the success score, what is checked during a manual vetting for pro/trs and what some common issues that can get you disqualified.

I use to be a fiverr's choice seller years back and loved being on the platform, now a days I feel like Fiverr has some chip on their shoulder about something I did that I don't even know about. I've kept my account in good standing long before 80% of the people on this platform even knew what it was and even now I have literal perfect public metrics but I can't get a single order in months?

Could you provide more in-depth information about how the success score is calculated and how AI contributes to it? For example, I have room for growth in 'Conflict-Free,' but I can't recall having any conflicts with buyers.
One user pointed out that it may be due to AI analyzing how the conversation goes, which seems subjective to me, especially in artistic fields where it's normal to have lots of feedback, revisions, and opinions exchanged back and forth.

And, as @donnovan86 mentioned, many people are still unsure about how they can improve their success score.

This is an encouraging post!  I already have tickets for each of my bugs/feature requests.  All of these tickets were closed and the feature requests/bugs are still outstanding.   Any updates on them would be a tremendous help!

1.) 3/21/24: When will you roll out milestone options for Gigs for ALL categories?

  • I was told: We are gradually releasing this feature to Sellers in specific categories and subcategories. If you Gig is not in the one of the mentioned categories, this just means that you will be unable to add the Milestone option to your Gigs for now.
  • Is there a roadmap/timeline for this activity being complete?

2.) 06/04/24: Can we deep link into individual GIG pricing options?

  • I was told: Please be advised currently, we do not have the feature to add a deep link to the Gig URL  or to make any changes to the URL. The URL is created by the system
  • Is this something FIVERR will consider as a feature request?

3.) 06/04/24: Share Profile badge script contains old profile image

  • I was told: Technical teams are looking into a significant update that will eventually fix the issue you've encountered [...] Due to the scale of the update required, it may take some time to implement, so I will be closing this ticket in the meantime. We continue to monitor the issue until it's fully resolved.
  • Is there a roadmap/timeline for this bug to be fixed?

4.) 11/04/24: Same issue as above asking for follow up

5.) 12/28/24: Seeing a weird glitch

  • Issue with "0" on Detailed Success Score
    ?name=mceclip1.png
  • I was told: After reviewing, I can confirm that the "0" you're seeing is just a visual glitch.
  • Is this something FIVERR intends to fix?

Thank you
Nick

Thanks for the suggestion and I'm sorry to hear of your account. Were you able to resolve this through CS?

Thank you for your suggestions! I’ll be in touch with the CSM team to see about providing some of the requested information in the coming weeks/months. I see more information on the Success Score is a big one.
