wanting to know my client is fraud or genuine

Hey, So I got a message on Fiverr from the account name (               ). He wanted me to message through email, so I did. After some conversation, he gives me a translation project, and he said he was from DUN & Bradstreet. He said the company doesn't do his work from Fiverr; the company does outsourcing. 
SO i completed his translation project and after he reviewed the project he give me an telegram contact to get paid. So as i message this contact , he is ready to pay me.
Ok, then he sends me a message including a link; he wants me to create a Fidel Union Bank account so that he could transfer the payment to me. I said you can pay me through my GOGGLE PAY QR; he said they can only pay through the bank for now.

Hi there, sadly your account will get blocked since you've violated our Terms of Service the moment you shared your email address and continued the conversation outside the platform. Either way, the client sounds like a scammer and even though this is no longer Fiverr-related, we never recommend scanning the codes and opening links leading to you adding your bank details.
