About account approval

Hello, 

I have created my fiverr account yesterday with all required information accurately. After opening my account I got a mail which says fiverr cannot approve my seller profile. Then I logged in to my fiverr account and whenever I want to see my gigs from My business, fiverr shows that, "This page is available only to approved Fiverr sellers".

Can you please explain why this happening to me? Or can you tell if there any other way to solve this.

Hi there, sadly if your seller account hasn't been approved, there's nothing to be done about it. We recognize how important it is to you to become a Freelancer and thank you for your interest in our platform. very similar situation, but I passed the passport check. I received a letter in the mail that my approval was denied, support said I could just be a buyer. What should I do?
